Oatmeal with pomegranate



- 1 cup of gluten free oats
- 200 ml of vegan milk
- 1/2 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of Maple/Honey (optional)
Toppings:
- 1 apple, diced, caramelized with cinnamon, maple or honey, and a squeeze of - 1/2 lemon
- Peanut butter
- Fresh pomegranate
